Nicolle T. Phair
Nicolle T. Phair received her early education in the Harnett County school district. She later received her undergraduate degree in English at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Attorney Phair then continued her education at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she earned her Master's Degree in Library Science and Juris Doctorate. After graduating law school, Attorney Phair began representing clients in the Laurinburg and Fayetteville areas. 
In 1999, Attorney Phair opened her own law office, The Phair Firm. Her areas of practice include family and juvenile law, personal injury, wills and estates and criminal defense. Attorney Phair has 20 years of experience and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and The North Carolina Advocates for Justice, as well as the San-Lee Sunrise Rotary Club.

Carol J. Foxx
Carol Jon Foxx often referred to as "C.J." was born and raised in Sanford, NC. The daughter of John David and Carolyn Foxx she calls Sanford "home." She graduated from Lee Senior High School in the old days when there was just one high school. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. After graduation Ms. Foxx, who has always believed in the power of education, worked as an 8th Grade Language Arts teacher in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Ms. Foxx wanted to experience New York City and earned her Juris Doctorate at New York Law School. While in law school, she was the recipient of The William Randolph Hearst and Reunion scholarships. At New York Law, Ms. Foxx served as the Regional Treasurer for the Northeast Region of the Black Law Students Association and Vice President of its New York Law School Chapter. After graduating law school, Attorney Foxx began her law career in the District 11A District Attorney's Office as the DWI Prosecutor for Lee and Harnett counties. 

Now an attorney with The Phair Firm, Attorney Foxx believes in The Phair Firm's commitment to zealous advocacy for the members of her community. She chose The Phair Firm because of the firm's belief in people and the law's ability to change people's lives. Her areas of practice are criminal defense and family law. Outside of the law, she enjoys traveling, watching Netflix and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to working with you and providing you with the representation you deserve.
